Adult Karate

This Adult Martial Arts class is a logical and progressive blend of all the arts we teach.  It’s designed to encourage self-disapline, concentration, and physical fitness.  Students will learn the principles of Martial Arts and progress by training and testing for different Belt Levels.


We emphasize training that is FUN yet contains the best and most practical methods available. From day one you will be hitting pads and learning to react to attacks in effective ways. The training is designed to be safe yet realistic.  A high-energy workout that safely sharpens fighting ability while dramatically improving physical fitness.
